Hayward Senior Housing is the second phase for Eden Housing located adjacent to their current senior housing development. The project is designed as 22 units of affordable senior housing with amenities including a courtyard with planting gardens for residents.

Brentwood Senior Housing, Brentwood, 2011: Eden Housing. The focus of this project is to add an elevator to an existing senior housing complex. The challenge is that the existing complex is a series of two-story walk-up buildings.
