SDA is working closely with Resources for Community Development (RCD) to renovate this family housing project built in the early 80's. The renovation will include exterior repairs, giving the project a facelift, site improvements, and interior renovations.

SDA is currently working with Eden Housing to create 22 units of affordable senior housing in Hayward. The project has received its entitlements from the city.

SDA has been selected by East Bay Community Recovery Project to design their newest development endeavor. Two single-family homes in West Oakland will be converted into seven units of permanent supportive housing for EBCRP clients. Natalie Bonnewit is assisting EBCRP as their development project manager. The project is expected to begin construction in early 2011.
