These 22 townhomes are a classic example of tight infill, on a site portioned off from an underutilized office parking lot. The very steep and narrow site dimensions presented a number of challenges, ranging from accessible path of travel to acommodating garbage collection. The project provided private garage parking, private yards, and open trellised decks for every unit. Theresa Dias successfully guided this project (for a first-time developer) from feasibility through entitlements (including re-zoning), as Project Manager.
