The courtyard on top of the podium (planting is not yet installed in this photo). The BART station is a very short walk from the building.

The model shows the townhouses around the parimeter with the landscaped courtyard in the center.

An early model used to study design intent of the massing and facade treatments. As you can see from the photos the design evolved after working closely with planning staff and the Planning Commission.
