(click here to visit my LinkedIn page)
Both a talented architect and dedicated advocate of affordable housing, Ms. Dias is rooted in the Bay Area housing community. Having spent the past 8 years specifically focused on local multifamily development, she is extremely well versed in the issues that developers face in the current business climate. A natural leader in group situations, Theresa has developed an expertise of working in partnership with clients, professional consultants, and contractors. Her great strength is in collaborating with all parties and keeping an eye on the big picture, while still keeping track of details; teams always run more efficiently when Theresa is on board.
Ms. Dias has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Rebuilding Together Oakland and ACE Mentoring, and is a member of the Community Development Advisory Committee in her hometown of Newark, CA. She is a Vice-President to the Board of Directors for Abode Services (formerly Tri-City Homeless Coalition) and Allied Housing in Fremont, and chairs their Housing Development Committee.
